Overfit – Low Pit Low Headroom
The Overfit is the newest product to be added to our family of lifts. With a headroom of
3500mm, pit of 1300mm and travel of up to 40 metres, this little number is creeping up on
our competitors on cost and design nicely. The Overfit is currently being developed for a
capacity of up to 1,000 kg.
Features & Benefits:
- Pit of 1300mm (compared to other models with a pit of 1500mm) and headroom of 3500mm (compared to 3700mm), thus aiding the builder and the architect in terms of construction and design of the shaft
- The motor sits within the shaft headroom area and the controller on the top landing or penultimate landing. The controller can sit up to 2m away from the shaft area
- Because of the cantilevered design, the lift car can have single entry, through car and / or adjacent entry car arrangements
- The load is currently being developed to 1,000 kg (maximum load is 630 kg)
- The lift comes with its own isolator. We only request that power is fed to the controller location for us to wire into.
- Automatic return to landing operation is provided as standard
- A self supporting structure can be supplied with the lift should a masonry shaft not be part of the building design
