GB Lifts believe that after sales service is as important as product design and manufacture. All our lifts are designed to be safe and efficient and a Service Contract ensures smooth operation for many years. Individually designed contracts can be provided to reflect specific needs, ranging from regular lubrication, adjustment and safety inspections through to fully comprehensive maintenance agreements that enable budgeting for any eventuality.

On handover of each installation we offer training by qualified personnel on general operation, maintenance of the lift system and emergency release of trapped passengers. This is carried out by our own team, requires a half day and is for a maximum of five people.
